(The Order of the Court was made by P.Velmurugan,J) This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking suspension of sentence imposed on the petitioner by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Thiruvannamalai, in S.C.No.60 of 2015 by judgment dated 16.08.2022.

This appeal is pending from the year 2022. However, records received and typed set of papers are being made ready and this Court is also inclined to take up the main appeal itself for hearing and hence this miscellaneous petition seeking suspension of sentence is closed. At request of the learned counsel for the appellant, list the appeal after four weeks.
