ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl. O.P. No.29445 of 2024 dated 25.11.2024 that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police everyday at 6.30 a.m. until further orders.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied the condition regularly and that charge sheet was also filed.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offences, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl. O.P. No.29445 of 2024 dated 25.11.2024, is relaxed.
