This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 5 days in filing the revision as against the order dated 27.03.2024 passed in M.C.No.438 of 2022 on the file of the learned III Additional Principal Family Court, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 5 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
