ORDER

This petition has been filed to set aside the order dated 21.01.2026 in Crl.M.P.No.116/2026 on the file of the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Erode and to modify/relax the condition imposed in the order dated 27.03.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.772 of 2025 on the file of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Erode.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions from 02.05.2025 and that there are no serious objections.

3. Considering the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Erode, in Crl.M.P.No.772 of 2025 dated 27.03.2025. Accordingly, the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before this Court on 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders is relaxed. The petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands ordered.
