Respondents Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Habeas Corpus to call for the records relating to the Detention Order passed by the second respondent pertaining to the order made in Memo No.1195/BCDFGISSSV/2015, dated 23.11.2015, in detaining the detenu under Section 2(F) of Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982, as a "Goonda" and quash the same and to direct the respondents to produce the detenu Murugan, S/o.Illayaperumal, aged about 35 years, who is detained at Central Prison, Puzhal, before this Court and to set him at liberty forthwith.

O R D E R
(The order of the Court was made by M.JAICHANDREN,J ) The petitioner, who is the wife of the detenu, has come forward with this petition challenging the detention order passed by the 2nd respondent, dated 23.11.2015, against the detenu, namely, Murugan, aged about years, S/o.Illayaperumal, branding him as a "Goonda" under the Tamil Nadu Prevention of Dangerous Activities of Bootleggers, Cyber Law Offenders, Drug Offenders, Forest Offenders, Goondas, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Immoral Traffic Offenders, Sand Offenders, Sexual Offenders, Slum Grabbers and Video Pirates Act, 1982 [Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982].
2.At this stage of hearing of the Habeas Corpus Petition, Mr.G.Nirmalkrishnan, the learned counsel, appearing for the petitioner, had submitted, that the order of detention passed by the 2nd respondent as against the detenu, dated 23.11.2015, has been revoked by the Government and hence, he had sought the permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
3. In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
