(Order of the Court was made by S.MANIKUMAR, J.) Though petitioner has contended that respondent No.3 is tapping water illegally without permission from the competent authority, there is no material as to whether he has ascertained the same. Apex Court, a writ petition, more so, Public Interest Litigation should contain all the particulars required to satisfy the same.
2. When the above was brought to the notice of Mr.A.Sundaravadhanan, learned counsel for the writ petitioner, sought permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition containing all the particulars required and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
