ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file a Civil Suit before the Jurisdictional Court seeking for appropriate relief. The learned counsel also made an endorsement to that effect. In view of the same, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty is given to the petitioner to challenge the sale deed in accordance with law before the appropriate Civil Court. No costs.
