Alleging that the order of this Court dated 12.01.2017 passed in W.P.No.342 of 2017, has not been complied with by the respondents, the petitioner has come up with the present Contempt Petition.

2.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents on instructions, submitted that the order passed by this Court dated 12.01.2017, has been complied with by the second respondent, vide proceedings in No.Na.Ka.No.56/U.Kaa.Ka-vi/2018, dated 24.08.2018.

3.Recording the same, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
