Respondent PRAYER: This criminal original petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS to relax the condition that the petitioner shall stay at Erode and report before the Inspector of Police, Erode Town Police Station, everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. It is made clear that the petitioner shall not enter the jurisdiction limits of the respondent police until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.No.30873 of 2024 dated 11.12.2024. For Petitioner :

ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall stay at Erode and report before the Inspector of Police, Erode Town Police Station, everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. It is made clear that the petitioner shall not enter the jurisdiction limits of the respondent police until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.No.30873 of 2024 dated 11.12.2024.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.
3.Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.30873 of 2024 dated 11.12.2024 is totally relaxed.
