It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the applicant that the first respondent has died and it appears that arbitration is still pending. 2.

In such view of the matter, it is well open to the applicant to approach the learned Arbitrator for appropriate relief under Section 17 to implead the legal representatives of the deceased respondent.
