A.Nos.848, 849 of 2022 A.Nos.848, 849 of 2022 in C.S.No.127 of 2013 SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY,J The applicant / plaintiff had filed the suit indicating the name of Mr.C.A.Joseph as the authorized signatory. The said Mr.C.A.Joseph was also examined in chief as P.W.1. He filed a proof affidavit and 10 documents were marked in evidence through him. In view of the death of Mr.C.A.Joseph on 17.09.2021, the present applications are filed for amendment of the cause title and statement of parties and the substitution of Mr.C.A.Joseph by Mr.Sundaram Swaminathan V.

2. The respondent / defendant has no objection to these applications being allowed.

3. In view of the demise of Mr.C.A.Joseph on 17.09.2021, the applicant is entitled to amend the cause title. Likewise, the applicant is entitled to substitute Mr.C.A.Joseph with Mr.Sundaram Swaminathan V. as proposed.

4. Accordingly, A.No.848 of 2022 is allowed as prayed for and A.No.849 of 2022 is allowed by permitting the applicant to substitute https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

A.Nos.848, 849 of 2022 SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY,J rna Mr.Sundaram Swaminathan V. as P.W.1 in place of Mr.C.A.Joseph. The applicant / plaintiff is granted time until 15.03.2022 to carry out the consequential amendments to the plaint. A copy of the amended plaint shall be served on the defendants within one week thereafter. Both parties are directed to agree upon a common revised case schedule and submit the same at the next date of hearing.
