PRAYER : This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the 2nd respondent Show Cause Notice dated 14.12.2007 made in Na.Ka. 13916/07/Virdu Aa2 to quash the same and consequently direct the 1st respondent to dispose of the petitions of the 7th respondent dated. 2.9.2003 5th respondent dt. 15.3.2003 20.6.2006 and 27.7.2007 comprised in RC No. 2815/B2/VNR/02. This writ petition has been filed challenging the show Cause Notice dated 14.12.2007 made in Na.Ka. 13916/07/Virdu Aa2 and for a consequential direction to the 1st respondent to dispose of the petitions of the 7th respondent dated 2.9.2003 and 5th respondent dated 15.3.2003 20.6.2006 and 27.7.2007 comprised in RC No. 2815/B2/VNR/02.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that due to certain subsequent developments that took place during the pendency of this writ petition, nothing may survive in this writ petition for adjudication. The learned counsel further submitted that the petitioner died on 23.09.2018 and the learned counsel for 5th respondent submitted that the 5th respondent also died during the pendency of this writ petition.
3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the subsequent developments, nothing survives in this writ petition and accordingly, the same stands closed.
