It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that as against the order dated 05.06.2023 passed by this Court, an appeal has been preferred before the Hon'ble Supreme Court and the Hon'ble Supreme Court has stayed the order passed by this Court in the petition for Special Leave to Appeal (C).No.14902-14904/2023 dated 21.07.2023.

3. In view of the above, no further order is necessary in this writ petition.
