Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the concerned records from the 1st respondent, quash the order of the 1st respondent dated 13.05.2010 in I.D.No.95 of 2009 as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to law and consequently direct the 1st respondent Tribunal to decide the I.D.No.95 of 2009 on its merits and in accordance with law after giving due opportunity to the petitioner.

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to quash the award of the first respondent dated 13.05.2010 in I.D.No.95 of 2009.

2. This Court has already passed an order in W.P.No.1426 of 2016, to restore the Interlocutory Application filed to condone the delay in filing the set aside exparte petition and directed the first respondent - Central Government Industrial Tribunal cum Labour Court to decide the matter on its own merits and in accordance with law. Thus, no further consideration is required in respect of the relief sought for in this writ petition. Hence, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
