ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Shri Sriram states that without going into the details in these applications, the Court may condone the delay and restore the petition. Shri Sriram further states that in view thereof, he is not filing any counter to deal with certain allegations made, and the Court may only consider the same to have been denied.
