O R D E R

This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register a case against the Proposed Accused based on the petitioner's complaint dated 15.06.2019.

2.Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3. As against the order passed by the Court below in CMP No.22 of 2019, dismissing the application filed by the petitioner under Section 156 (3) of Cr.P.C., only a revision https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

will lie and the petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., cannot be maintained.

4.In view of the above, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a criminal revision petition against the order passed by the Court below.

This criminal original petition is accordingly closed.
