Respondents Prayer : Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the third respondent from interfering with the civil dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 4 to 6, in respect of the property at plot No.381/B, Ram Nagar South Extension, Pallikaranai Village, Sholinganallur Taluk, Kancheepuram District, comprised in Survey No.52/2B, which is the subject matter of O.S.No.611 of 2011 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Alandur, and assisting the respondents 4 to 6 to take illegal and forcible possession of the said property from the petitioner and consequently directing the respondents 1 & 2 to initiate action against the third respondent based on the petitioner's representation dated 06.06.2015.

The writ petition has been filed to forbear the third respondent from interfering with the civil dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 4 to 6, which is the subject matter of O.S.No.611 of 2011 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Alandur, and also to direct the respondents 1 & 2 to initiate action against the third respondent based on the petitioner's representation dated 06.06.2015.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the suit in O.S.No.611 of 2011 on the file of the learned Principal District Munsif, Alandur was decreed in favour of the petitioner. Based on the degree the petitioner is at liberty to approach the police with fresh representation for proper relief.
3. In view of the observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is close.
