This petition has been filed to extend the time for two weeks for executing the sureties as per the order of this Court made in Crl.O.P.No.28692 of 2023 dated 22.12.2023.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the petitioners to surrender and execute sureties before the concerned Magistrate as imposed by this Court, on or before 29.02.2024 and no further time is granted, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
