The Writ Petition has been filed to forbear the Second Respondent from cancelling the patta granted in S. No. 342/14 in Pandiyapalayam Village, Perundurai Taluk, Erode District without following the due procedure and by considering the representation dated 05.12.2019 made by the Petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the First to Third Respondents, on instructions, states that patta has already been cancelled by order No. Na. Ka. 6195/2019/A4 dated 18.02.2020 passed by the Second Respondent and a copy of the same has been produced. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner acknowledges its receipt. In view of the same, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to challenge the aforesaid order and he has made an endorsement to that effect, which is recorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting such liberty. No costs.
