Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner for promotion as Deputy Tahsildhar for the panel year 2009 without reference to the pending disciplinary proceedings issued by the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.66556/2004/A4 dt 5.1.2005 and promote the petitioner as Deputy Tahsildhar and grant him all consequential service and monetary benefits and grant him such other further relief.
