This Contempt Petition is filed seeking to punish the respondents for wilful disobedience of the orders both dated 06.06.2022 passed by this Court in WMP.Nos.11132 & 11133 of 2022 in WP.No.11664 of 2022. 2.

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, it was brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for the petitioners that, despite the orders of this Court dated 06.06.2022, a building was constructed by the individual i.e., APOLLO in the subject land.

3. However, it is submitted by the learned Spl. Government Pleader that the respondents have not put up any construction and that the land is vacant and, thereby, no contempt has been committed.

4. Though it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that a building has been put in the land by Apollo, however, it is pertinent to note that the same was not reflected in the writ petition. Further, even if such a stand is taken, without impleading the said individual as a party, the present contempt petition is filed, which cannot be maintained.

5. In view of the above, recording the stand of the respondents that they Page No.2 of 4

have not encroached the land or taken up the land and put up any construction subsequent to the orders passed by this Court, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
