This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate Fast Track Court, Coimbatore to expedite the trial in C.C.No.175 of 2011.
2. It is seen that the petitioner has filed this petition for a direction directing the trial court to expedite the trial in C.C.No.175 of 2011. Considering the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, the learned Judicial Magistrate Fast Track Court At Magisterial level-1, Coimbatore is directed to complete the trial in C.C.No.175 of 2011 and dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
3. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
