This petition has been filed to extend the time by two weeks to surrender before the Court in pursuance with order dated 04.01.2024 made in Crl.O.P.No.27383 of 2023.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the petitioner is directed to surrender and execute sureties before the concerned Magistrate as imposed by this Court, on or before 29.02.2024 and no further time is granted, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
