Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, Order or Direction directing the 1st and 2nd Respondents to approve the petitioner's appointment as Record clerk in the St.Jude's College, in the Sanctioned Vacancy caused by the Retirement of Mr.G.Devaraj with effect from 04.06.2010 to 03.12.2017 in the light of approval given to similarly placed non-teaching staff like Mr.S.Arul Kumar vide Mu.Mu.No.29202/F2/2016 dated 15.02.2018 in W.P.No.25587 of 2016 dated 21.11.2016 with all monetary benefits and other attendant benefits with effect from 04.06.2010 to 03.12.2017 based on the representations given by the petitioner dated 10.01.2018 and 20.02.2018.
