C.M.P.No.5289 of 2024 in S.A.No.195 of 2018 P.B.BALAJI.J, This petition has been filed to amend the name of the 1st respondent as UOI Represented by General Manager, Heavy Vehicles Factory, A unit of AVNL Avadi, Chennai, instead of UOI Represented by Senior General Manager, Heavy Vehicles Factory, Ministry of Defence, Avadi, Chennai, in the above Second Appeal.

2.I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the above application and amendment has become necessary. 3.In view of the name of the 1st respondent is being constitution changed pending the litigation, the learned counsel for the respondents has no objection, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 4.Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the above Second Appeal No.195 of 2018 and list the same on 18.03.2024 under the caption ''for arguments''.
