Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.
2. This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the notice issued under Section 29 of the State Financial Corporations Act for non-payment of the loan amount by the petitioner.
3. It is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent that the petitioner's account was already closed and hence, nothing survives for considering in this Writ petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4. Recording the submission of the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent, the Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
