ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Mandamus, to direct the respondents herein to consider and pass orders on the proposal submitted by the first respondent herein in D.O.Letter no.5416/E.5/2013-1 dated 28.03.2013 and on the representation of the petitioner's Association dated 19.08.2014 submitted for RE-Organisation and Strengthening of Engineering Establishment at all levels of the Rural Development and Panchayat Raj Department, within a stipulated time. 2.The learned counsel for the respondents would submit that the Government has issued G.O.Ms.No.01, Rural Development and Panchayat Raj(E3) Department, dated 05.01.2021, whereby, the prayer as sought in the present Writ Petition stands fulfilled.

3.However, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the above said Government Order partly fulfills the prayer as sought in the Writ Petition.

4.In view of the G.O.Ms.No.01, Rural Development and Panchayat Raj(E3) Department, dated 05.01.2021, the Writ Petition is closed. In the event of the petitioner Association having any grievance with regard to the said Government Order, the petitioner is at liberty to proceed in accordance with law. No costs.
