This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned Notification issued by the first respondent herein under Sub Section(1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act 1997 in G.O.Ms.No.14, Industries (SIPCOT-LA) Department, dated 25.02.2014 the connected Endorsement order in Na.Ka.No.A1/74/2014 dated 30.05.2014 issued by fifth respondent and order of delivery of possession form dated 27.07.2015 issued by the sixth respondent under Section 4(2) of the Act in so far as the petitioner's land in survey numbers 1A/1, 1A/2, 2/1, 2/2, 3/2 and 6A to an extent of 1.53.5 Hectares (3 Acres and 77 Cents) in 104.
Allinjalpattu village, Cheyyar, Thiruvannamalai District, directing the handling over of the possession of the lands of the petitioners to the Collector within the time specified therein and quash the same and forbearing the respondents from taking possession of the lands belonging to the petitioners in the connected order of delivery of possession dated 27.07.2015 issued by 6th respondent under Section4(2) of the Act in so far as the petitioners' land in Survey Numbers 1A/1, 1A/2, 2/1, 2/2, 3/2 and 6A to an extent of 1.53.5 Hectares (3 Acres and 77 Cents) in 104.Allinjalpattu village, Cheyyar, Thiruvannamalai District.
