This application is filed to accept the cause title as mentioned in the above Memorandum of Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.
2. The respondent/Wife has filed D.V.C.
No.1 of 2020 against the petitioner and his family members before the Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Thiruvannamalai District. He filed the appeal against the order passed in D.V.C.No.1 of 2020. In the instant petition, the petitioner seeks to accept the cause title in the appeal, without arraying the respondents 2 to 4 in D.V.C.No.1 of 2020 as parties cannot be entertained. It is for the respondent/wife to make such endorsement in the appeal to give up her case against the respondents 2 to 4 in D.V.C.No.1 of 2020.
Hence, the petition is rejected.
