NO. 2208/2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner is directed to report before the Respondent Police Station on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 am until further orders imposed in the above Crl.MP.No.7459/2020 in Crl.OP.No.15725/2020 dated 15.12.2020. S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the respondent police on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.MP.No.7459 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.15725 of 2020 dated 15.12.2020.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.7459 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.15725 of 2020 dated 15.12.2020, is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
