O R D E R

This petition has been filed alleging that the order of this Court dated 17.04.2017 made in W.P.No.9201 of 2017 has not been complied with.

2.When the matter was taken up, Mr.S.Kanmani Annamalai, learned Additional Government Pleader [Tax] appearing for the respondents submitted that in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble First Bench directing the respondent Department to prepare inter se seniority list, the case of the petitioner would be needly considered. He also further submitted that pursuant to the order dated 28.07.2016 passed by the Hon'ble First Bench W.A.No.2527 of 2016 and on 31.08.2016 in W.A.No.2280 of 2011, the process of preparing inter se seniority list is on.

3.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Contempt Petition stands closed. Consequently, connected Sub Application is closed.
