This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking interim stay the effect, operation and implementation of the Order dated 06.11.2019 passed in unnumbered application of 2017by the learned Arbitral Tribunal at Chennai, arising out of contracts dated 10.12.1998 and also stay the arbitral proceedings styled as EOT-II presently pending before the aforesaid Arbitral Tribunal.

2.Today, when this petition was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that he is not pressing this petition and had also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle.

3.Recording the said submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as "not pressed".
