By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition seeking a direction to the respondent to give permission to conduct the dance programme at North Puthupalayam Village Sri Maga Mariamman Kovil Thiruvizha on 01.02.2019 by considering his representation dated 19.01.2019.

3. The Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the representation given by the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner has been considered by the respondent and rejected for the reasons mentioned in their proceedings in Na.Ka.No.05/Ko/Ka.Ni/2019 dated 24.01.2019. Hence, nothing survives for consideration in this Writ Petition.

4. In view of the above submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
