This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police monthly once i.e., on 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m, until further orders" imposed on the petitioner vide order dated 12.09.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.14382 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.8558 of 2023.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police first working day of every month i.e., Monday at 10.30 a.m., till the month of June 2024 and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
