This petition has been filed by the accused Nos.1 to 4 to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.7 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) who is appearing for the first respondent has submitted that during the pendency of this petition, investigation has been completed and charge sheet has been filed on 19.11.2015 and based on the same the case was taken on file in C.C.No.25 of 2016 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur and hence this petition has become infructuous.
