C.M.P. No.1726 of 2022 in S.A. No.696 of 2019 S.S.SUNDAR, J., This petition is filed by the first respondent in the above appeal to implead the purchaser of the property, during pendency of the proceedings.

2. It is stated by the petitioner that this application is filed only as per earlier direction of this Court to implead the subsequent purchaser namely the proposed party in the above appeal.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents has no objection in allowing this petition.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered as prayed for.
