(Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR, J.,) Captioned 'Criminal Miscellaneous Petition' [hereinafter 'Crl.M.P' for the sake of brevity] has been filed with a prayer to dispense with production of the original detention order.

2. Dr.S.Manoharan, learned counsel representing the counsel on record for petitioner submits at the Bar that there is some doubt about whether the original detention order was actually served on the detenu but the grounds and the approval order have been placed before this Court. We express no opinion on whether the detention order was served on the detenu or not as that may come up for consideration in the main Habeas Corpus Petition.

3. Mr.R.Muniyapparaj, learned Additional Public Prosecutor accepts notice for all five respondents.
