ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the respondents to produce the petitioner's minor daughter namely Shakila Devi, now aged about 15 years, before this Court and hand over to the petitioner , the present habeas corpus petition has been filed.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the habeas corpus petition has become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
3.In such view of the matter, the habeas corpus petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
