Respondents in both WPs Prayer: writ petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for records on the file of the 1st respondent relating to Secondary Grade Teachers selection list as far as priority category is concerned dated Nil and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents to consider seniority in all priority categories in the process of appointment of secondary Grade teachers.

The prayer sought for in the writ petition is to call for records on the file of the 1st respondent relating to Secondary Grade Teachers selection list as far as priority category is concerned dated Nil and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents to consider seniority in all priority categories in the process of appointment of secondary Grade teachers.
2. When the matter was listed on 19.11.2021 & 26.11.2021 there was no appearance on behalf of the petitioner, hence the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
matter was directed to be listed today through 'Video Conferencing' under the caption 'For Dismissal'. Today also none appeared on behalf of the petitioner.
3. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
