The petitioner, who is the wife of the detenu Uthiran, son of Rathinasamy, aged about 47 years, has come forward with this petition challenging the detention order C3/D.O.No.104/2015 dated 26.10.2015 passed by the first respondent against her husband branding him as a "Bootlegger" as contemplated under section 2(b) of the Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
