Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petitions filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to conduct an enquiry against the 5th and 6th respondents to cancel the sale deed registered before the 4th respondent in Document No.8829 dated 31.12.2014 on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 18.12.2018 in accordance with law.

By consent of both parties, this Writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

The petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition seeking a direction to the third respondent to conduct an enquiry against the fifth and sixth respondents to cancel the sale deed registered before the fourth respondent in Document No.8829 dated 31.12.2014 on the basis of his complaint dated 18.12.2018 in accordance with law.

3. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Petitioner has submitted a representation dated 18.12.2018 to the respondents 1 to 4 herein seeking to cancel the sale deed registered in Document No.8829 dated 31.12.2014 by the fourth respondent and to initiate necessary action against the fifth and sixth respondents herein, but, the same is yet to be disposed of by the respondents 1 to 4. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

4. Heard the learned counsel appearing on both sides.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made on either side, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the representation, directs the first respondent to conduct an enquiry on the petitioner's representation dated 18.12.2018 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner, respondents 5 and 6 herein as well as any of the interested parties and also affording them an opportunity of personal hearing, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
