These petitions have been filed (i) to condone the delay of 3327 days in filing the petition (ii) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole respondent and (iii) to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased sole respondent.

2. I am satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the above petitions. Hence, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered.

3. Office is directed to carry out the necessary amendment.

4. Mr.P.Jagadeesan, the learned counsel entered appearance for the respondents 1 to 4. He points out that the names are wrongly given. Ms.Prema Kumari, the learned counsel representing Mr.Karan and Uday states that she will file an appropriate application to correct the typographical error.

5. Post the matter on 25.03.2024.
