..Respondents Prayer:- The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the proceeding of the second respondent dated 17.08.2004 in No.F 6-45/2002 AE-8 and to quash the same and consequently forbear the respondents from transferring the management of the Jan Shikshan Sansthan (JSS), Chennai to any individual or any out fit.
