This petition is filed calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order of the 2nd respondent herein in his Proceedings No.572/2009-A dated 22.03.2010 and to quash the same.

2. When the matter is listed today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that she is not pressing this petition and she has also made an endorsement to that effect. " The writ petitioner seeks to not press the writ petition. This writ petition may be dismissed as not pressed."
