ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pochampalli, to issue summons to all the accused in P.R.C.No.15 of 2015 and committal the case before the Sessions Court, Krishnagiri, to expedite the trial.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that there are 84 accused persons and the proceedings are still pending in this case. He further submitted that the next date of hearing is on 14.12.2018.

3. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pochampalli, to complete the proceedings in P.R.C.No.15 of 2015 by committing the case to the concerned Court, within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of copy of this order https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and report before this Court after completion of the proceedings.
