This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.17849 of 2022 in Crl.OP.No.23302 of 2022 on 29.11.2022 to report before the learned Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under TNPID Act, Chennai on the 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m, until further orders and also report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and the charge sheet has been filed, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
