Mr.K.M.D. Muhilan, Additional Public Prosecutor for R1 and R2 Order This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to issue a No Objection Certificate to the petitioner to run a 'SPA' i.e., cross relaxation massage in the name and style of "PURPLE AYURVEDIC SPA", at Door No.7A, Dakshin Clinic underground floor, Dharmapuri, Dharmapuri District - 636 701 and to pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 29.11.2025.

2.When this matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.K.M.D. Muhilan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the representation of the petitioner dated 29.11.2024 was received by the 2nd respondent on 01.12.2025. However, he submitted that the said representation dated 29.11.2024 will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed by the 1st respondent.

3.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Writ Petition (Criminal) is disposed of, with a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner dated
