PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for records of the 2nd respondent and quash the notification dated 06.07.2010 vide NHAI/13013/3/10-11/Auction/CMD1CO calling for open competitive bid system to operate the Toll Plaza and further direct the respondent herein to follow the instructions issued by the Government of India, Ministry of Shipping, Road Transport and Highways vide C.No.RW/NH124035/5/2005PIC (pt.II) dated 4.5.2006 for issue of contract for collection of toll fees for use of notified sections of National Highways in this State.
