Writ Appeal filed under Clause 15 of Letters Patent, praying to set aside the order, dated 10.08.2011, made in W.P.No.19750 of 2009. Writ petition preferred under Article 226 of the constitution of India praying for the issue of a writ of certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the respondent in No.A2/12250/00/S dated 06.8.2002 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to restore the promotional Posts of Senior Assistants in the Civil Engineering Department of the respondents.
