Petitioner has come up with the present Writ Petition seeking a direction to the Respondents to consider his past years of Qualified Service as a Secondary Grade Teacher and as B.T. Assistant (Maths) between 22.07.1986 and 31.03.1997, and promote him as Government High School Head Master. 2.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondents submitted that, the Petitioner was not eligible to be promoted to the post of 'Government High School Head Master', however, he was promoted to the post of 'Government Higher Secondary School Headmaster'. She further submitted that, the Petitioner herein retired from service and terminal benefits due to him have https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

already been settled. Hence, according to her, nothing survives for consideration in this matter.

Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate that, the Petitioner retired from service and terminal benefits have already been settled to him, no further adjudication is necessary in this matter. Hence, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
